Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement Program (QAPIP)


The Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement Program (QAPIP) is a coordinated approach to improving quality and safety of clinical services and outcomes.  The overall quality management system assesses and works to improve the PIHP's performance in providing quality supports and services.  Detailed plans and reports are listed below by fiscal year.

Michigan Mission-Based Performance Indicator System
